How To Go Live On TikTok ?

TikTok is a social media app that allows users to upload short videos, usually 15 seconds to 10 minutes in length.

TikTok has some requirements before you can go live. You need to have 1,000+ followers and be at least 16 in order to do so. Those over 18 will also earn gift points while those under 18 cannot accrue them.

If you’ve met the requirements above, you’re just moments away from going live.

How To Go Live On TikTok ?

To go Live on Tiktok, Lunch the app and Click the Plus “+” icon located at the center-bottom of the screen as shown below in the pictures.

You’ll now be on the Camera screen. At the top of the screen, there are different options: Camera, Quick, Templates, and LIVE.

Simply tap the LIVE option which is shown below in the pictures.

Note: if you don’t see the LIVE option then you have not met the requirement to go live on TikTok.

After tapping LIVE option you will see the GO LIVE option. Simply tap the red “GO LIVE” button at the bottom of the screen to go live.

You’ll now be live streaming. If you want to grow your audience, follow the community guidelines while streaming. TikTok is still gaining new followers at a fast rate and isn’t going to go away anytime soon.
